The mission at Kim Snow Personal Training is to help people ignite their inner strength to find and conquer their fitness goals by creating a fun, safe and motivating environment for each individual. Through creativity, discipline and positive reinforcement, I educate individuals how to strive beyond their limits to achieve things once thought to be out of reach.

PERSONAL TRAINING

30, 45 & 60 minute sessions available

8 & 12 session packages, as well as single & add on sessions available

One on one personal training

Includes a free assessment of your fitness level, determine what your goals are (or help you set goals), set up an appropriate program and keep you motivated to push you past your comfort level–something difficult to do on your own.
SMALL GROUP FITNESS

30, 45 & 60 minute sessions available

2-5 people…same description as above for PT; include friends, teammates or family.



TRIATHLON & RUN COACHING
