The mission at Kim Snow Personal Training is to help people ignite their inner strength to find and conquer their fitness goals by creating a fun, safe and motivating environment for each individual. I've been working with Kim Snow for over two years and she is exceptional both in training and attitude. (Started due to osteoporosis and after the two years, I have had some increase in bone density thus able to avoid taking prescription meds). Our sessions are a rare combination of hard work and laughter.
